The all-clear was given after an unexploded ordnance found along Route 15 – back road in Mangilao briefly stalled drivers heading through that area today. The Guam Police Department and Guam Fire Department and along with EOD units responded to the area near the Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks building just after 9 a.m. Right before lunchtime, lanes were back open after first responders gave the all-clear. Authorities concluded at the site that the ordnance posed zero danger.
