A hand grenade has been found by a man who had gone for fishing in Pokhara in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. A youth was found in a hand grenade while fishing at Pokhari, a short distance away from the police station, in Gahmar village under Gahmar police station on Wednesday. This created a sensation in the surrounding areas. Police have called the bomb disposal squad. When the fisherman informed the people of the village, the people told the police and brought the grenade to the police station. It is being told that this grenade belongs to the military and is very old and dummy. Just 500 metres from the kotwali of Gahmar, Asia’s largest military village, the young men who were fishing in a pit saw an iron pin object, who could not understand anything, when they noticed the local Akhand Pratap Singh, who was going home from his pokhare. Akhand Singh recognized the hand grenade. He informed the police. Police are investigating the hand grenade. Sp Ghazipur Rambadan Singh confirmed the recovery of the hand grenade.
