La plage de l’Abri Côtier est interdite au public. Là, une opération “d’identification et de neutralisation des munitions de guerre”. L’intervention a été effectuée par le groupe de plongeurs pour le dédouanement de la Manche de la Marine Nationale. Les opérations de déminage sont récurrentes à Oye-Plage.
Par sécurité, la police conseille à la population de ne pas toucher ou déplacer ce genre de munitions.
