Les pompiers d’Avesnes-le-Comte ont dû intervenir ce dimanche soir le long du chemin de Lattre-Saint-Quentin à Wanquetin après qu’un obus a été découvert de la route. C’est un agriculteur qui travaillant dans un champ a accroché l’obus, il a alors dévalé le talus. Un périmètre de sécurité a été mis en place en attendant l’arrivée des démineurs qui ont pris en charge l’engin de guerre.
