Arendsee – Eine Bombe aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde im Arendsee entdeckt. Experten wollen diese entschärfen. Dafür muss der Bereich in einem Umkreis von 500 Metern evakuiert werden. Dies betrifft folgende Straßen: Friedensstraße 1 bis 87, 89 und 91, Hohe Warthe, Amtsfreiheit, Koloniestraße, Mühlenstraße, Mühlenrundling, Ackerstraße, Schulstraße, Dessauer Worth, Feldstraße, Kleine Straße, Hinter dem Kirchhofe, Am Markt und Horning.

Auch von verrosteten Krieisrelikten und Waffen können noch Gefahren ausgehen. Beim Fund von Kriegsmaterial wird ein Sicherheitsabstand eingehalten und sofort die Polizei zu verständigen. Der Besitz von Kriegsrelikten ist laut Polizei allgemein verboten.
