An unexploded ordnance, of about 14 inches, was found by a Black Construction crew while processing soil from the Route 3 road-widening project at Manhita Farms, Yigo. The ordnance was found and dealt with by the Andersen Air Force base explosive ordnance disposal unit on Tuesday morning.
