AN UNEXPLODED Second World War grenade was found in Hopwood over the weekend. The device – discovered by a member of the public on land near Lea End Lane – was brought to the attention of Bromsgrove Police on Saturday. A controlled explosion was carried out under the watchful eyes of an army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) specialist.
