Now North Wales Police and housing chiefs have revealed that builders had found an artillery shell and bomb disposal experts had been called in. A force spokesman said: “We had a report of an unexploded device. The EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) attended and conducted a controlled explosion.”
