Un obus de 30 cm a été découvert à Avenay (Calvados), au sud-ouest de Caen, lundi 16 janvier 2023. Vers midi, lundi, un petit obus a été mis au jour sur un chantier qui se déroule à Avenay, village au sud-ouest de Caen, près d’Évrecy. Une découverte courante dans le Calvados, où plusieurs secteurs ont été bombardés lors du Débarquement de juin 1944.
Par sécurité, la police conseille à la population de ne pas toucher ou déplacer ce genre de munitions.
