Ngol Taingheng, 10 years old, finds a bomb while he was with his friends: Soun Rath, 12 years old, Yem Svet 9 years old and Yem Khmao 6 years old. Ngol gathers the bomb and his friends start to come closer. He hits the bomb with a rock. Yem Khmao decides to go away, Yem Svet start to follow Yem but the bomb explodes. Ngol dies, Soun Rath reaches the hospital but there is no hope anymore, Yem Svet is seriously damaged but alive. Fear has saved is life. S.J.A.L.

Ngol inizia a colpire l’ordigno con un sasso. Yem Khmao il piccolo del gruppo si allontana, Yem Svet, ci pensa qualche secondo, comprende d’aver paura tenta di allontanarsi, ma la bomba esplode. Ngol Taingheng muore dilaniato, Soun Rath, giunge senza vita in ospedale, Yem Svet resta gravemente ferito, lievi traumi fisici per il piccolo del gruppo, la paura gli ha salvato la vita.
