A passenger at Tweed New Haven Airport (aeroporto) tried to fly with an inactive grenade Wednesday morning but was stopped by TSA agents, according to a TSA spokesperson. The agents discovered the grenade during a security screening, TSA New England Spokesperson Dan Velez wrote on social media. They notified local law enforcement, and the New Haven bomb squad confirmed the grenade was inert.
