A Caterpillar 428 tractor exploded on a landmine in Martakert, Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) on Monday, leaving a 22-year-old resident injured. The blast hit the right backside wheel of the engineering vehicle during water pipeline installation activities, the country’s national police reported earlier today.
