Three person were killed and seven injured in a accidental explosion at Mualkawi village near Subsidiary Training centre of BSF in Manipur’s Churachandpur. A senior officer who do not want to be named to ET, “people from the vicinity use to collect scrape and accidentally on Saturday they collected unexploded 51 mortar and they were trying to break it when it exploded.”
