Police officers are at the scene of an incident in Plympton, with local residents reporting they have been evacuated from their homes following the discovery of an possible bomb in a garden. Devon and Cornwall Police vehicles have been spotted in Grantham Close this afternoon (Wednesday, October 30). A force spokesperson has confirmed officers are at the scene of a possible unexploded ordnance. A cordon is in place in the area. PlymouthLive has been told police have also closed Cot Hill.
