Rinvenuta a Sheerness in spiaggia una granata risalente alla seconda guerra mondiale. L’ordigno è stato notato da un bagnante grazie alla bassa marea.

Sheppey Coastguard rescue officers were sent to the scene. They took photos of the shell and marked it with an orange buoy in preparation for low tide this morning.
They also alerted the Royal Navy’s explosive ordnance department in Portsmouth, which sent a team to Minster Leas at 10am this morning.
