Trao đổi với Tuổi Trẻ Online chiều 7-10, một lãnh đạo UBND xã Yên Thái, huyện Văn Yên (tỉnh Yên Bái) xác nhận trên địa bàn vừa phát hiện một quả bom ở thôn Tân Thành. Theo đó, khoảng 7h15 sáng 7-10, tại thôn Tân Thành, người dân phát hiện một quả bom bị mưa lũ cuốn theo đất đá trôi ra nằm ở dưới mép bờ suối, cách cầu đường sắt (cầu Trạng) khoảng 70m.
Tuy đã trải qua thời gian dài vùi sâu dưới lòng đất nhưng chúng vẫn cực kỳ nguy hiểm, có thể phát nổ và gây thiệt hại đến tính mạng, tài sản của nhân dân bất cứ lúc nào.
