Quatre blocs de défense de la Seconde Guerre mondiale ont été détruits sur la plage de Wissant. Des moyens importants étaient déployés pour assurer la sécurité des habitants dans cette opération de déminage.
Par sécurité, la police conseille à la population de ne pas toucher ou déplacer ce genre de munitions.
