The bomb squad was called to a home in Dayton, Ohio, on Monday after a suspicious item was found in a basement by a cat. Police said the homeowners were renovating when their cat began knocking around what looked like a hand grenade. They called the police and investigators determined the grenade needed to be disposed of. The bomb squad planned to set it off in a controlled environment.
