In Kasachstan sind bei einer Explosion in einem Munitionslager 60 Menschen verletzt worden. Mehrere angrenzende Dörfer mussten evakuiert werden, wie die Behörden der Provinz Schambyl im Süden des zentralasiatischen Landes mitteilten. Tote habe es keine gegeben. Unter den 60 Verletzten waren demnach elf Soldaten.

In the statement, “A fire broke out in close proximity to one of the warehouses of the military unit stationed in Bayzakov district of Jambil province. The fire later caused the explosion of unknown objects in one of the warehouses. Fire extinguishing activities continue in the region.” statement was included.
