Sekumpulan kanak-kanak yang sedang mandi-manda di Sungai Gertak Kertitir, Pengkalan Datu, Pasir Tumboh di sini dikejutkan dengan penemuan sebutir bom lama pada Isnin. Pemangku Ketua Polis Daerah Kota Bharu, Sovrintendente Mohd Suhaimi Ali berkata, pihaknya menerima panggilan kecemasan berhubung penemuan bom itu pada jam 4,55 petang. “Sejurus menerima panggilan itu, sepasukan anggota Unit Pemusnahan Bom (UPB) dari Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontijen (IPK) Kelantan telah digerakkan ke lokasi”, katanya ketika dihubungi Sinar Harian pada Isnin.
