Der Blindgänger-Verdacht in Gelsenkirchen hat sich bestätigt: Die Evakuierung des Gefahrenbereiches zwischen Bulmker Straße und Florastraße in einem Umkreis von 250 Metern hat am Dienstagnachmittag eine Weile gedauert, die Zone sollte laut Stadt bis 13 Uhr verlassen sein, es dauerte aber länger als erwartet. 1.100 Menschen waren betroffen. Evakuiert wurden jeweils in Teilen folgende Straßen: Bulmker Straße, Florastraße, Gabelskamp, Hammerschmidtstraße, Hohenstaufenallee, Irmgardstraße, Küpershof, Oskarstraße, Pauluskirchplatz und Wanner Straße. Die Durchfahrtstraßen wurden ab 13.30 Uhr gesperrt.
