Un habitant de Saint-Laurent-de-Brèvedent près du Havre a découvert un engin apparenté à un détonateur sur la plage d’Octeville-sur-Mer samedi 17 septembre vers 18h30. L’homme l’a ramené à son domicile avant de prévenir la gendarmerie.
