Jammerbugt Municipality. Af Vibe Aagaard. En mands spadseretur med en metaldetektor på stranden i Blokhus lørdag ledte ham til et fund, han ikke kunne definere. Han valgte derfor at indberette fundet til Nordjyllands Politi, der sendte en patrulje til Blokhus først på eftermiddagen. Det skulle vise sig at være en klog beslutning. Der var nemlig tale om en mortérgranat af ældre dato. Politiet afspærrede området på stranden, hvor mange i dag var på tur i solskinsvejret, og Hærens ammunitionsrydningstjeneste (EOD) blev tilkaldt.
