An employee saw the device sitting in a pile of scrap at the Reliable Recycling Inc. scrap yard about 8:30 a.m. Thursday, said Brian Sclar, who owns the business. The device was quickly moved to a distant part of the yard, away from employees and behind a concrete barrier, while employees called 911 to report the find.
