As a reminder to citizens who may have a need to turn in found explosives, please leave those items in place and have an officer respond to where the explosive is found.

Una donna colloca in una busta di plastica una bomba a mano e decide di consegnarla ai poliziotti di Oceanside. La signora giunge alla Stazione di Polizia e porge busta e bomba agli agenti i quali alla vista dell’ordigno chiedono alla donna di posare la granata in un’altra stanza. A questo punto gli agenti dopo aver evacuato l’edificio, inviano la segnalazione (con foto) al gruppo artificieri della Contea. Questi ultimi si accertano che si tratta di una bomba addestrativa, ma sempre in grado di esplodere. Ovviamente l’ordigno è stato rimosso e distrutto.
