La notizia dei tre bambini toscani in vacanza che trovano una bomba a mano in Val Pusteria è lanciata il 12 agosto dal quotidiano Il Tirreno. Il 13 mattina appare in rete la stessa notizia redatta del giornale Alto Adige. È normale dovremmo immaginare, ma il pezzo tanto normale non è. Infatti l’articolo dedicato ai tre bambini è corredato da una foto che immortala i piccoli di 10, 7 e 5 anni accovacciati accanto alla bomba. E tutto questo violando ogni normativa sull’argomento e sulla sicurezza dei tre piccoli. Non per nulla quando si trovano ordigni in città vengono evacuati interi quartieri. Ma anche per le bombe a mano rinvenute in appartamenti le Forze di Polizia in attesa del gruppo artificieri allontanano i residenti dello stabile. La domanda, direbbe Lubrano “sorge spontanea”: è possibile che genitori, fotografi, inviati, non abbiano pensato al pericolo a cui hanno esposto se stessi e i tre bimbi? È possibile, purtroppo è stato possibile, la foto è la prova provata che ciò che è accaduto. In Italia biografiadiunabomba fa prevenzione dal 2007, nel passato ha seguito molti casi simili accaduti anche all’estero. Ma questa vicenda ci lascia davvero basiti. Forse le campagne informative che rivolgiamo alle scuole, dovremmo estenderle anche a genitori e cronisti.

Is it right to take a picture of three children next to a hand bomb?
The news of three Tuscan kids that on holiday find a hand bomb in Val Pusteria comes from Il Tirreno on August 12th. During the morning of the 13th the same news comes from another newspaper called Alto Adige. It is normal, we might think, but the piece is not so normal. In fact the article is dedicated to the three kids, showing a picture of them (10, 7 and 5 years old) next to a hand bomb. Obviously, every legislation is violated both on the argument and on the kids’ safety. When someone finds a bomb in a city, the full neighborhood is evacuated. For bombs found in apartments, policemen make everyone leave the building, while they are waiting for the bomb disposal engineers. Therefore, the question, comes naturally, as Lubrano would say: “ is it possible that parents, photographers, did not think of the dangerous situation? Yes it is and the picture confirms it.
