The Davis County Bomb Squad and the Clinton Fire Department were called to a residential area just after 10 a.m. after a World War II-era grenade was found on the property. According to a press release from Clinton City Fire Department, they received a call about a hand grenade on a property of a home in the area of 1700 N 1400 W. Authorities say the safety pin had been pulled, prompting the response to the property.
