A bomb squad was called to a beach in Wales after an explosive was discovered. The beach, at Cemaes Bay, Anglesey, was closed to the public following the bomb squad’s arrival. A small rusted shell was found on the beach at 9am, and the bomb squad arrived at 5pm on Tuesday, April 25, Coastguard North and Mid Wales confirmed. The explosive was a small rusted shell, a few inches in length – approximately the length of a pen, as demonstrated in a photo.
