The Army has confirmed further details of an incident on Saltburn Beach on Monday (November 20) that saw a section cordoned off after a member of the public found a hand grenade. Bomb disposal units attended the scene of the incident at the beach, near The Ship Pub, on Monday morning, which saw police and army units close off the area to members of the public.
