Penemuan benda diduga granat peninggalan Portugis oleh salah seorang warga di Kelurahan Marikurubu, Kota Ternate, Malut. Dikutip dar Antara, Komandan Satuan (Dansat) Brimob Polda Malut, Kombes Pol M. Erwin dihubungi di Ternate, Sabtu, membenarkan benda yang ditemukan itu diduga granat peninggalan zaman Portugis. “Granat tersebut kita sudah amankan di tempat pengamanan di Markas Brimob. Polda Malut meminta kepada masyarakat jika menemukan barang-barang yang berbentuk bom granat, segera laporkan,” ujarnya.
