The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the explosion took place in the village of Hammada in the southern countryside of Shadadi area southern Hasaka city, during in which a group of civilians were attempting to escape from the areas controlled by IS, killing a seven-year-old girl and wounding five others among them children.
