The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department (EODD) of the Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) have conducted Unexploded Ordnance (UXOs) operations at Munda and Kolombangara in Western Province recently. EODD Supervising Director Staff Sergeant Ansa Puaraua said, “the ten days operation is a success in which EODD experts destroyed more than 250 UXO’s from the communities.” Director Puaraua said, the communities are contaminated with UXOs.
