Residents in Clontarf have been evacuated after the discovery of an unexploded WW2 bomb this evening. Gardai and Defence Forces EOD experts are currently at the scene in St John’s Woods, Clontarf. The alert was raised shortly after 4pm.
If you find anything that appears to be an explosive device, do not touch it, leave it where it is and call the police. We will contact the appropriate agencies to properly dispose of the item.
