Kurtuluş Savaşı’ndan kaldığı düşünülen 2’si patlamış 3 top mermisi Polatlı Belediyesi Tarihi Alanlar Tanıtım Merkezi (POTA) Genel Koordinatörü Kadim Koç’a teslim edildi. Koç, gazetecilere, vatandaşların tarihi değerlere sahip çıkmasının önemli olduğunu ifade ederek, “Köylerde bulunan bu malzemelerin kaderine terk edilmediğini, muhtarlarımız ve vatandaşlarımız tarafından alınarak Polatlı’da bulunan bu özel müzeye teslim edildiğini görüyoruz. Hepinize teşekkür ediyorum.” dedi. Sürü sahibi Doğan da top mermilerini hayvanlarını otlattığı sırada bulduğunu belirtti.
