The incident occurred on Thursday evening in Haji Omeran subdistrict where a civilian, who was searching for spring herbs in the mountainous areas of the region, was targeted by the landmine blast, Rabar Anwar, a spokesperson for Erbil’s mine action agency, told BasNews.
