A civilian was killed on Monday afternoon in a blast at Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.A police official said that a shepherd AshiqHussainChopan of Gutroo, Tral suffered serious injuries in an explosion which ocurred near army’s Victor Force headquarter in Awantipora.
