One person has been killed and anotherseriously injured after the land cruiser van they were travelling in hit a landmine between the border towns of Daba City and Kutulo of El-Wak Sub County in Kenya’s North East.
Mandera County Commissioner Fredrick Shisia told the media the vehicle belonging to a construction company hit the landmine killing one of the occupants on the spot.
