Ilocos Sur-Cabugao. ILOCOS SUR- Mabilis na rumesponde ang mga miyembro ng Suyo Municipal Police Station at 2nd ISPMFC matapos makatanggap ng tawag na may nadiskubreng dalawang vintage bomb malapit sa isang junkshop sa Brgy. Cabugao, Suyo ng lalawigang ito, kahapon. Nabatid na namumulot ng mga nakakalat na scrap materials malapit sa kanyang junkshop si Salvador Sangbaan y Biligan, 48, may asawa, residente ng naturang lugar nang madiskubre ang dalawang vintage bomb na bahagyang nakabaon. Dahil sa takot na maaring sumabog ang vintage bomb at magdulot pa ng ikakapahamak ng iba, agad niya itong itinawag sa Suyo Municipal Police Station. Sa pagresponde ng mga personnel ng Suyo MPS at 2nd ISPMFC , agad nilang ikinordon ang area at pagkatapos ay agad nila itong itinawag sa Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) ng Candon City, Ilocos Sur. Ang dalawang vintage bomb ay nasa kustodya ngayon ng EOD. Rolando S. Gamoso
