Distretto Balakleya (Балаклійський район) Città Balaklija (Балаклія). Un 45-enne, trova una bomba a mano (in una palude) e tenta di disinnescarla, ovviamente l’ordigno esplode. La vittima è trasportata in ospedale con numerose ferite causate dalle schegge della bomba. Ciò che è noto è che i medici gli hanno amputato una mano.
