Satu buah bom ranjau darat kembali diserahkan oleh warga masyarakat kepada TNI melalui Kotis Satgas Tobelo, Halmahera Utara, Maluku Utara. Penyerahan bom buatan Rusia ini berlangsung pada Rabu 14 September kemarin. Bom ranjau darat AP MK II ini disinyalir peninggalan Perang Dunia II. Ranjau ini dengan berat 200 sampai 400 gram, radius diameternya 15 mematikan dan 50 meter melukai serta jarak aman 100 meter.
