Alınan bilgiye göre, İsmetpaşa Mahallesi Mahmutbey Yolu Caddesi’ndeki Şehit Mustafa Tercan Polis Merkezi yakınında, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesinin yol kazı çalışmaları sırasında işçiler, toprak altına gömülü bir havan topu mermisine rastladı. Durumun bildirilmesi üzerine olay yerine gelen polis ekipleri alana şerit çekti, güvenlik önlemi alarak çalışma yaptı. Bomba İmha ve İnceleme Şube Müdürlüğüne götürülen merminin detaylı incelemesinin uzmanlarca yapılacağı öğrenildi.
