Instead, Dima recognizes the object because one day the sappers were come to the school and had explained how recognize a mine. So, he warns his friend that does not listen to him. Dima starts to go away, Nazar sees a little ring on the object, he pulls it. Then he watches his mother and his brother waving at him. He would like to give the same to them, but it is not possible, not anymore. The bomb has done his dirty job. S.J.A.L.

Nazar e Dima, il primo 11 il secondo 10 anni, terminata la giornata scolastica si avviano verso casa, Nazar, nota per strada una bomba, pensa sia un accendino. Dima al contrario, grazie ad una lezione a tema compiuta in classe dai genieri comprende il pericolo, allerta Nazar che non ascolta gli avvertimenti dell’amico. Dima si allontana, Nazar nota sull’oggetto un minuscolo anello che tira via. Nazar, vede sull’uscio di casa suo fratello e sua madre, lo salutano. Nazar sicuramente, avrebbe voluto ricambiare saluti e sorrisi, ma non è più possibile, la bomba ha portato a termine il compito per cui è stata studiata e costruita.
