SEEKONK — An unexploded mortar was taken by a state police bomb squad for safe disposal after a resident brought it to the police station Monday morning, officials said. The unfired 3-inch projectile was brought to the station about 10:30 a.m. by a resident with a family member who was a World War II veteran, officials said.

Sul posto giungono gli artificieri. Il residente ha spiegato che l’ordigno è appartenuto ad un parente, reduce della seconda guerra mondiale.
